Recipients are instructed to respond. You monitor an on-screen checklist. Watch as red Xs turn into green üs. The system automatically generates an on-screen, electronic checklist that provides real-time accounting for all employees, visitors and contractors.
 
Automatic Headcount & Accountability
 
The on-screen, electronic Checklist displays your Headcount by the total number of people unaccounted for and a list of their names. Those accounted for or unaccounted for can also be listed, totaled and manipulated by department, floor, group, whatever.

Federal OSHA law mandates that every employer account for all employees in an evacuation (29 CFR 1910.38). 911 Headcount allows you to not only face the jury, but also answer the Fire Chief’s question, “Is everyone out of your building? Can you account for everyone?”
